Your responsibilities will include supporting business development and proposal efforts and managing multiple projects. Your day-to-day activities will include recruiting, staffing plans and management, customer relations, EVM reporting, and technical leadership.

Required:

* BS in Engineering, Software, or Computer Science or equivalent
* Minimum of 5 years of experience
* Hands-on experience with embedded software (both development and verification)
* Leadership experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills including working in team environments
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance, for which you must be a U.S. Citizen Qualifications Desired:
* Understanding of AS9100D
* Understanding of PMBOK
* Hands-on experience with DO-178C Required
