THE ROLE INCLUDE:
· Register and process purchase invoices accurately within the Dealer Management/Accounting System.
· Reconcile supplier statements prior to BACS payment runs.
· Monitor and manage the Purchase Ledger inbox, responding to queries promptly and professionally.
· Handle supplier calls and correspondence in a courteous and efficient manner.
· Process employee expenses for payment via BACS.
· Provide month-end administrative support to the Finance team.
· Update and maintain accounting databases, spreadsheets, and financial records.
· File purchase invoices and supplier statements accurately.
· Manage stationery and office supplies for the Finance team and assist with general office administration as required.
· Support the wider Accounts Department with additional accounting and administrative duties, contributing to the ongoing development of the Purchase Ledger function. YOUR PROFILE. A proactive team player with excellent organisational and administrative skills Interest in accounts payable Good numerical skills with a keen eye for detail Have basic/intermediate knowledge of MS packages including Microsoft Excel Courteous, clear and professional communication style Able to handle tasks that may be repetitive in nature, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

SALARY AND HOURS.
· Salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Working hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm with an hour unpaid for lunch (37.5 hours per week).
