We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to join the flagship Meridian Water regeneration project in North London. This role will involve supervising ground workers and overseeing day-to-day civil engineering operations on site.

Project Overview

The Meridian Water development includes:

* Major infrastructure and enabling works

* New public spaces and landscaped areas

* Green parks including Brooks Park

* A community centre

* A medical centre

* A skate park and associated amenities

Key Responsibilities

* Supervising ground workers and subcontractors

* Overseeing drainage, foundations, external works, and infrastructure packages

* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

* Managing daily site operations and reporting progress to senior management

* Maintaining strict health & safety standards

* Coordinating with engineers, site management, and project stakeholders

Essential Requirements

* Gold CSCS Card (Supervisor level) – Mandatory

* SMSTS – Mandatory

* First aid

* Proven civil engineering background

* Strong experience in groundworks and infrastructure projects

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Ability to manage productivity while maintaining high safety standards
