We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a new build industrial build project based in Enfield (EN1). The role will involve managing subcontractors and ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and communication on site.
Start Date:
10th August 2026
- 2 Large Industrial Units
- 20 week contract
- Day-to-day management of the site and subcontractors
- Coordination with the Client management, clear and consistent communication is essential
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe site at all times
- Ensuring all work meets regulatory and quality standards
- Strong background in site management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to maintain strict cleanliness and safety standards
- CSCS, SMSTS or SSSTS and First Aid
- Must have Industrial New Build experience
