Location:
Enfield / London Projects
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Package + Benefits + Career Progression
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a respected and growing SME main contractor delivering a diverse range of refurbishment and restoration projects across London.
The role offers the chance to work across an impressive portfolio of projects, from super-prime residential refurbishments, listed buildings and heritage restoration schemes, through to public sector and residential refurbishment frameworks, including internal and external refurbishment works.
This opportunity would suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor from either a high-end refurbishment background or candidates with experience delivering large-scale housing refurbishment programmes, including planned maintenance, external envelope works and internal refurbishments.
Joining a stable, family-run contractor with an excellent reputation and strong pipeline of repeat projects, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a senior commercial leadership role, with a clear pathway towards Commercial Manager and potentially Director-level positions over the next 5–10 years.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the commercial delivery of projects from procurement through to final account.
* Prepare budgets, forecasts, cost plans and monthly CVRs.
* Manage subcontract procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts.
* Monitor project costs, risks, cash flow and profitability.
* Provide commercial reporting and support senior management.
* Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
Requirements:
* Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within main contracting.
* Background in refurbishment, restoration, residential or framework projects.
* Strong commercial management and negotiation skills.
Package: £80,000 - £100,000 + benefits, progression opportunities and long-term career development
