Sub Agent with Water and Utilities Experience

This position is available on a permanent or contract basis, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to exciting projects in the industry.

• Take a leading role in managing water and utilities projects, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
• Oversee the coordination and supervision of site operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Manage the allocation of resources, materials, and equipment, optimizing their usage and maintaining cost control.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to specifications, standards, and project plans.
• Foster a positive team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to site staff.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Proven experience as a Sub Agent, specifically in the Water and Utilities sector, within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of water and utilities systems, processes, and associated regulations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and manage resources effectively.
• A comprehensive understanding of health and safety practices and legislation within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and directing a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in the use of relevant computer software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites across the UK.
