A leading Tier 1 main contractor is appointing a permanent Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a major, technically complex data centre development in Enfield. It is a £100m+ scheme with heavy civils at its core, including a substantial bridge package, and it is the kind of project that defines a career.

- Lead a multidisciplinary team and shape how the project is delivered
- Leading delivery across programme, commercial, quality, technical and H&S
- Managing complex interfaces between civils, structural, building and MEP packages
- Building strong relationships with the client, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders
- Identifying and mitigating risk before it hits programme
- Driving best practice and continuous improvement across the project
- Personally led delivery of £100m+ projects
- Data centre experience (mission critical or major infrastructure will be considered alongside)
- Bridge project or package experience
- Significant heavy civils background with a strong main contractor pedigree
- 7+ years' post-qualification experience
- Degree in Engineering, Construction or a related discipline
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Salary up to £125,000
