Youwill learn the importanceandbenefitsofworking aspartofa team,with all departments and dealerships. Good internal communication is vital tohelpus deliver excellent customer service and develop good customer relations.
CSR’sare the essential link between the customer and the workshop to keep the flow,ensuringhappy customers& return visits
You will join Volvo North’s Service Teamas aCSR apprentice over a15-monthperiod. Workingas part of the serviceteamyou will be working towards being thefirst &key point of contact for the customer, providing information&updatesthrough each stage of thevehiclesvisitto our dealership.
What you will do- Being customers contact and point of reference for the Dealership either face to face or via telephone
- Calling customers day before scheduled appointment to confirm bookings
- Welcome customers with a warm, friendly greeting and establishing which department they require.
- Check in vehicles manually & on our paperless system
- Helping customers with Uber by arranging and sorting any issues & allocating courtesy cars where applicable.
- Ensure customer & vehicle information is delivered to the workshop supervisor.
- Taking Ase Breakdown calls, checking all customer & vehicle information & details of breakdown are correct before accepting and raising job packs for the Ase technicians. .
- Customer call backs for feedback on vehicle visits to help us understand & improve our customer’s experience.
- Taking card payments from Cash Sale customers
Qualifications Required: GCSE
/ A
-level
- Friendly & cheerful Mannerandable to keep calm under pressure.
- Works well as part of a team
- Proactive and adaptable
- Have attend to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Enjoy working inafat-paced environment
- Eagerto learn, develop and contribute to the role/team
