• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
• Booking in appointments for vehicle viewings (commission per booking)
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous experience in customer service (a plus, but not required)

• Salary: £15,000 basic with an achievable first-year OTE of £60,000

  Week 1 :
  Monday to Saturday 08:45 to 18:00 or 11:45 to 21:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 17:00 (Tuesday fixed day off). Week 2 :
  Monday to Saturday 08:45 to 18:00 or 11:45 to 21:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 17:00 (Tuesday and Wednesdays off)
