Are you a Sports Graduate looking to take your first step into education? Secondary schools across Enfield are seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals to work as Classroom Support Assistants
, helping students stay focused, motivated, and ready to learn.

If you enjoy working with young people and want a role that builds real classroom experience, this is a brilliant place to start.

You’ll support teachers across a range of subjects, not just PE, helping students with their classwork, understanding instructions, and building good learning habits. Your role is all about creating a calm, positive environment where every student feels supported.

• Supporting students in lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Providing one-to-one or small-group support when needed
• Helping students stay engaged, organised, and confident
• Assisting teachers with classroom routines and behaviour management
• Encouraging positive attitudes towards learning
• Helping create a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere

You’ll also have the chance to support PE lessons when required, bringing your energy and coaching experience to practical sessions.

• Degree in Sports Science, Coaching, PE or a related field
• Passionate about helping young people succeed academically and personally
• Patient, approachable, and great at building rapport
• Confident communicating with teenagers in a professional, supportive way
• Experience working with children or young people (coaching, mentoring, camps, youth work) is helpful but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
