About the role

• Full responsibility for a Year 2 class of 19 pupils

• Supported by an exceptional team: two 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants and an additional class TA

• An ideal setting for an ECT to build confidence in behaviour management, differentiation and small-group teaching

• Full-time, long-term role with potential for a permanent position

• A recently qualified or qualifying ECT with a genuine passion for Key Stage 1

• Reflective, adaptable and keen to learn

• Committed to inclusive practice and confident working with multiple adults in the classroom

• Able to build warm relationships with pupils and families while upholding the school’s Christian ethos in a diverse community
