Key Responsibilities
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Individualized Support:
Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to students with SEN.
IEP Development:
Assist in the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Inclusive Environment:
Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Holistic Development:
Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
Progress Monitoring:
Track student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents.
Classroom Management:
Aid in maintaining a positive and orderly classroom environment.
