Key Responsibilities- Individualized Support:
Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to students with SEN. - IEP Development:
Assist in the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). - Inclusive Environment:
Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere. - Holistic Development:
Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills. - Progress Monitoring:
Track student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents. - Classroom Management:
Aid in maintaining a positive and orderly classroom environment.
