Lower KS2 Teacher – Enfield

A warm and welcoming primary school in Enfield is seeking an imaginative and organized Lower KS2 Teacher – Enfield to take over a bright Year 3 or Year 4 class. The school is dedicated to fostering a love for discovery and provides a robust framework of education and training to help teachers refine their craft and lead their classrooms with confidence.

The successful Lower KS2 Teacher – Enfield will be responsible for planning and delivering a creative curriculum that captures the curiosity of younger Key Stage 2 pupils. As a Lower KS2 Teacher – Enfield, you will play a pivotal role in developing students’ independence and foundational skills, supported by a leadership team that prioritises your education and training and work‑life balance.

This Lower KS2 Teacher – Enfield role is open to both ECTs and experienced practitioners who are looking for a school that treats education and training as a lifelong journey rather than a one‑time event.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Designing and delivering engaging lessons across all primary subjects, with a focus on cross‑curricular links.
  • Creating a positive, high‑expectation classroom culture where every child feels challenged and safe.
  • Conducting formative and summative assessments to track student progress and inform future planning.
  • Participating in parent‑teacher evenings and school community events.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for this role.
  • A strong understanding of the National Curriculum requirements for Lower Key Stage 2.
  • Exceptional classroom management skills and a creative approach to lesson delivery.
