Teaching Assistant – Enfield

Protocol Education are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity for one who is passionate about education and wants to make a positive impact in the classroom.

The role:

Support pupils across the classroom
Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities
Provide one-to-one and small-group support where needed
Encourage positive behaviour and learning
Help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment

The ideal candidate:

Previous experience working with children is desirable
Passionate about education and supporting young people
Patient, caring and enthusiastic
Confident working as part of a team
Strong communication skills
