SEN Teaching Assistant – Enfield

Protocol Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Enfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is patient, compassionate and committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN
• Supporting children with their learning, communication and social development
• Helping pupils build confidence, independence and positive relationships
• Working closely with the class teacher and SEN team
• Adapting activities and providing additional support based on individual needs
• Creating a calm, supportive and engaging classroom environment

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEN setting
• A caring, patient and empathetic approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to remain calm and positive in challenging situations
• A genuine passion for supporting children and inclusive education
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
