Are you a Teaching Assistant who looks to inspire a love of learning in the children you work with?
At George Spicer, we empower our staff with the skills necessary to provide our children with the support and challenge they need to access our curriculum.

We are looking to appoint Scale 3 Teaching Assistant to join our support staff team. These roles will include a combination of support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), small group and intervention support and general classroom support.

- Demonstrate good understanding of inclusive practice to enable children with SEND to access learning and make good progress;
- Have excellent communication skills;

- Have experience of working with children with special needs;
- Have experience of delivering high quality intervention;
- Be a team player who relishes contributing as part of a larger collective;
- Be flexible and adaptable to work across the primary age range and in collaboration with other members of staff.

Applicants should have achieved a level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or GCSE grade 4 (formally Grade
C) in English and Mathematics.
