Milk Education are partnering with a successful and inclusive secondary school in Enfield to recruit a dedicated Pastoral Assistant to join the pastoral team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate who is passionate about supporting young people, promoting positive behaviour and helping students overcome barriers to learning.
The role involves 1:1 mentoring, small-group interventions, and supporting students who may be experiencing social, emotional or behavioural challenges.
