Heron Hall Academy in Enfield is seeking a Pastoral Lead to provide daily support to pupils and act as the first point of contact for parents. You will address behavioural, emotional, social and attendance concerns while maintaining pastoral records and supporting safeguarding processes.
You will work with Heads of Year, staff and external agencies to deliver restorative approaches, foster a safe and inclusive school culture, and support pupils including those with SEND or EAL.
