Protocol Education are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Reception Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Enfield from September 2026.
The successful candidate will be passionate about Early Years education and committed to creating a positive, stimulating classroom where children feel confident, valued and excited to learn.
The Role
Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities for Reception pupils.
Follow and develop learning opportunities around the EYFS framework.
Support children’s personal, social and emotional development.
Assess and track pupil progress effectively.
Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents/carers.
Encourage children to become confident and independent learners.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
QTS or a recognised Early Years teaching qualification.
Experience teaching Reception or working within an EYFS setting.
A strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Excellent communication and behaviour-management skills.
A nurturing, creative and enthusiastic approach.
A commitment to ensuring every child reaches their potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
