We are looking for a passionate and experienced Childcare Practitioner / Montessori Teacher to join a well-established Montessori nursery in Enfield
.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is confident delivering both EYFS and Montessori practice. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences, developing strong relationships with children and families, and contributing to a nurturing and stimulating nursery environment.
You will be:Delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework and Montessori principles
Planning and supporting engaging activities that promote children's learning, independence, and development
Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children
Supporting children's individual interests, needs, and developmental stages
Acting as a positive role model and building strong relationships with children and families
Completing observations and assessments to track children's progress
Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide consistent and high-quality practice
Promoting safeguarding, health and safety, and maintaining a high standard of care
Contributing to the effective day-to-day running of the nursery
The successful candidate will have relevant Early Years experience, ideally holding a Level 3 Childcare qualification
, with experience working within a Montessori setting. A good understanding of EYFS, Montessori practice, safeguarding, and child development is essential, alongside strong communication and teamwork skills.
The nursery provides a supportive and collaborative working environment, with opportunities for ongoing training, professional development, and career progression.
