Primary EYFS​/Year 1 Teacher

Teaching within EYFS and/or Year 1.

This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about early education and committed to providing engaging, inclusive and high-quality learning experiences.

• Teach and deliver engaging lessons within EYFS and/or Year 1
• Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the Early Years/KS1 curriculum
• Create a positive, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
• Support children's academic, social and emotional development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents/carers
• Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
• Contribute positively to the wider school community
  
  The successful candidate will have:
• Previous teaching experience is essential – ECT candidates will not be considered

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven teaching experience within EYFS and/or Year 1
• A strong understanding of early childhood development and the EYFS/KS1 curriculum
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A nurturing, patient and child-centred approach
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
