PPA Teacher
Milk Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Enfield to recruit an enthusiastic PPA Teacher for a September start. This is a fantastic opportunity for a flexible and dedicated PPA Teacher who enjoys teaching across different year groups and delivering engaging lessons that inspire pupils to achieve their best.
The successful PPA Teacher will provide high-quality classroom teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, covering teachers' Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time. As a PPA Teacher
, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning, creating positive classroom environments and ensuring pupils remain engaged and motivated throughout the school day.
- Working as a PPA Teacher across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classes
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of curriculum subjects
- Creating engaging and inclusive learning environments for all pupils
- Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of different year groups and abilities
- Assessing pupil understanding and providing feedback to class teachers
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Supporting the wider life of the school where required
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience teaching within a UK primary school
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum across primary phases
- Ability to teach confidently across multiple year groups
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Flexible, adaptable and organised approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply

Essential Requirements:- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to Work in the UK
- Two professional references covering the last two years
- Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools
This PPA Teacher position would suit an experienced teacher seeking a varied role across the primary age range or an ECT looking to gain valuable experience teaching different year groups within a supportive environment.
