We're looking to appoint a new Principal and believe this to be an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished, mission-driven leader to take one of the most ambitious and distinctive all-through academies in the country to even greater heights.
- An academy that has a strong culture for inclusivity, social impact, learning and strong academic performance- A rare opportunity to shape children's education from Nursery to the end of Sixth Form
- An enthusiastic, caring and skilful staff team- A school that serves a truly diverse and aspirational local community.

- Can inspire staff, students, and families with clarity, compassion, and conviction
- Is passionate about inclusion, equity, and unlocking potential
You'll co-design and deliver a strategic roadmap that takes Hadley from strength to strength academically, culturally, and socially. You'll lead the development of a rich, community-responsive curriculum and foster a culture where every child can flourish.
** What You'll Get in Return**- Leadership Scale L33-L39- A fantastic platform in which to thrive, including the support of a great team and collaborative network of colleagues across our group- A strong commitment to personal and professional development
- Access to National Institute of Teaching (NiOT) training and Oasis-wide CPD
