I am recruiting for a SEN TA to support children in a specialist SEN school in Enfield. You will work alongside the class teacher, supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, adapting activities to their individual needs and abilities.

As a SEN TA, you will help pupils engage in lessons, develop their communication skills and build independence. You will also support their emotional wellbeing and use positive behaviour strategies to help them feel settled and ready to learn. Experience using PECS or Makaton would be beneficial, although not essential.

This specialist SEN school in Enfield supports pupils with a range of additional needs. The team works closely together to provide a nurturing learning environment, with lessons and activities tailored to each pupil’s needs.
