We're looking for a Principal FPGA Design Engineer to take ownership of complex FPGA architectures and deliver innovative solutions for advanced systems. If you thrive on technical leadership and hands‑on design, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

• Define FPGA architecture from top‑level system requirements
• Design, implement, and debug VHDL‑based FPGA hardware
• Develop verification test benches and vectors
• Produce clear technical documentation and specifications
• Lead multiple projects, manage resources, and report progress
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on firmware matters
• Contribute to high‑level product definition and design reviews

• 10+ years' FPGA design experience
• Expertise in VHDL and FPGA verification
• Proven ability to deliver complex designs on time and within budget
• Experience with multi‑FPGA systems
• Background in radar or DSP applications

• Work on cutting‑edge technology
• Lead and influence FPGA design strategy
