We're looking for compassionate part-time Home Care Assistants / Care Workers / Domiciliary Carers to join our growing team in Enfield.

You'll be supporting older people and adults in their own homes - helping them stay independent, safe and happy where they feel most comfortable.

What you'll do
 
Provide personal care and companionship
Support with meals, medication, and light household tasks
Assist with mobility and daily routines
Offer emotional support and encouragement
Help clients enjoy meaningful, fulfilling days   
What we offer
 
£12.50 per hour plus mileage contribution
Minimum 1-hour care visits - no rushed appointments
Flexible part-time shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends)
A buildable schedule - start part-time and increase hours as you wish
Full paid training and ongoing support from a friendly, experienced team

A driver with access to a car (essential for this role)
Someone caring, dependable and patient
Availability for mornings, weekends or evenings
Good communication skills and a passion for helping others
