Part-Time Care Assistant - Enfield (Flexible Hours)

Hours: Part‑time, flexible within morning (7am–3pm) and/or evening (5pm–11pm) availability
Visits: Minimum one hour per client

As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support older adults in Enfield to live safely, confidently and independently in their own homes – where they feel happiest. Whether you’re experienced or new to care, full training and ongoing support are provided.

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect
• Support with meals, medication and daily routines
• Assist with mobility and safe movement around the home
• Offer companionship, reassurance and emotional support
• Carry out light housekeeping where needed
• Help clients enjoy meaningful, fulfilling days

• £12.50 per hour plus mileage contribution
• Minimum one‑hour visits – no rushed calls
• Flexible part‑time shifts – start small and grow as you wish
• Full paid training, shadowing and ongoing support
