Stop Smoking Advisor – Enfield

Salary: £26,208, pro rata (£19,656 per annum)
Contract: Part-time (30 hours)

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Stop Smoking Advisor to join our dedicated team for the Smokefree Enfield service Enfield Borough Council’s commissioned stop smoking support service.

Help people take control of their health.

About the Role

You’ll work directly with local residents to:

  • Deliver client-centred Stop Smoking services in community, GP, virtual and outreach settings
  • Empower clients to make informed treatment choices and achieve sustainable behaviour change
  • Provide evidence-based, client-led treatment plans in line with NICE and local guidelines
  • Deliver telephone and face-to-face support, including CO monitoring, NRT and prescription facilitation
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Support outreach, education and promotional activities to address health inequalities and engage vulnerable groups

This is a varied, people-facing role where no two days are the same, and every interaction makes a difference.

About You

You’ll be:

  • Passionate about health and behaviour change
  • Confident working with diverse and sometimes vulnerable groups
  • Empathetic, organised and a strong communicator

You’ll have:

  • A Level(or equivalent experience)
  • Experience supporting lifestyle change or health improvement
  • A full UK driving licence
