Key Responsibilities

Drive Execution Of Assigned Work streams Within The Transition Project, Ensuring Alignment With Overall Program Goals.

Manage End-To-End Project Governance, Including Milestone Tracking, Risk Mitigation, And Action Item Follow-Up.

Consolidate And Report Project Status Updates For Leadership Visibility And Decision-Making.

Facilitate Cross-Functional Coordination With Internal Teams And External Stakeholders To Ensure Timely And Effective Delivery.

Actively Participate In Project Reviews, Identifying Bottlenecks And Contributing To Resolution Strategies.
