Residential Property Solicitor (1-2 PQE)

Location: Essex | Hybrid Working | Permanent

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor looking to build a strong technical foundation within a well-established and supportive property team.

Working closely with the firm's Head of Property, you will gain high-quality mentoring, exposure to a broad range of residential matters and the opportunity to develop your skills in a structured, professional environment. This role offers genuine progression and long-term development for a Solicitor who is keen to grow within a reputable regional firm.

You will manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, supporting the Head of Property across a wide range of matters, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build matters

You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of client care while maintaining strong attention to detail and effective case management.

• Qualified Residential Property Solicitor (1-2 years' PQE)
• Confident managing files from start to finish
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Professional, proactive and client-focused

• A high level of flexible working is available
