Operational Facilities Officer

Capital City College Enterprise (CCCE), a subsidiary of Capital City College, is currently seeking qualified Operational Facilities Officer for a permanent position. Join our team to deliver top-notch facilities management services to our college campuses.

• Receive, prioritise, and manage tasks via the CAFM system, ensuring accurate records, updates, and completion notes.
  
  Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with professional standards and safe systems of work.
  
  Diagnose faults on plant, equipment, and building systems, undertaking repairs or identifying appropriate solutions.
  
  Take a lead role in fault finding and rectification of building services and plant issues.

• Working towards or have a professional qualification within an estates or facilities related subject area.
• IOSH/NEBOSH certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in estates and facilities management, including knowledge of both hard and soft FM services.
