Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee roofing projects and ensure smooth site operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong trade background who is ready to step into a supervisory role and take ownership of site safety, quality, and delivery. Key Site Supervisor Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Coordinate and manage roofing teams and subcontractors. Monitor compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies. Report progress, issues, and updates to senior management. Support and mentor site operatives, promoting a positive and productive working environment. Requirements SSTS or SMSTS certification (essential).
