We are part of a national brand scaling rapidly across the UK, combining authentic flavours with operational discipline and a guest-first culture. As we continue to expand, we are opening two new stores in Peterborough and Bristol, creating exciting opportunities for growth and collaboration across locations.

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Store Manager to lead our Enfield branch. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring operational expertise, strong people management skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

You will be responsible for driving store performance, upholding brand standards, and fostering a positive work culture that empowers your team to deliver excellence. The role also extends to supporting the operational setup and launch of our upcoming Peterborough and Bristol outlets, ensuring consistent brand standards across all three locations.

Reports to: Board of Directors and collaborates closely with the Area Operations team to align with national franchise standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, stock control, and financial performance
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences in line with company values
  • Accountable for achieving defined KPIs, including sales growth, waste reduction, labour efficiency, and guest satisfaction
  • Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members through structured training, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
  • Ensure compliance with all local authority regulations including Food Safety, Fire Safety, and allergen management
    , maintaining audit-ready documentation
  • Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring efficient labour deployment and adherence to legal working hour requirements
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control effectively, minimising waste and stock variance
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the franchisor to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence
  • Support the operational setup, staff training, and launch activity for new store openings in Peterborough and Bristol
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles, ideally within a similar café or quick-service environment (e.g., chai cafés, dessert lounges, or coffee shops)
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Multilingual ability – fluency or understanding of additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, or Arabic is highly preferred
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude and commercial awareness
