Leaders in Care is recruiting an ambitious Ofsted-Registered Manager to lead a new children's home in North London. You will shape service from the ground up, build a strong team and create a safe, nurturing environment for 7–17-year-olds.
This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000–£58,000 with bonuses for Ofsted outcomes, up to two days hybrid working, training including Level 5 Diploma, and generous leave. You’ll ensure Ofsted readiness, safeguarding and high-quality trauma-informed care.
