Position: Vehicle Prepper / Quality Controller
Stripe Recruitment has a vacancy for an experienced Vehicle Quality Controller / Bodyshop Prepper in Enfield
My client is looking for an experienced Vehicle Quality Controller / Bodyshop Prepper / Polisher and is offering an attractive, negotiable salary and an up-to-date and organised working environment.
Applicants will be experienced in vehicle QC and prepping, confident in your ability to work effectively, efficiently and to a high standard.
As a Vehicle Prepper, you will be focusing on deadlines while being aware of health and safety in your working environment.
Responsibilities will involve (but not limited to):
Prepping vehicle panels, including masking, removing corrosion, sanding, filling,
priming and polishing
Quality Controlling checking work, ensuring there are no defects, and report any issues
to the line manager
Candidates must:
 
* Have a minimum of 2 years refurbishment or accident repair experience
 
* Have all prepping skills
 
* Have proven experience of delivering high-quality repairs
 
* Be confident in your ability and skills
 
* Be able to manage your own workload, working well as part of a team
 
* Be able to meet targets and deadlines, working effectively under pressure
 
* Work within all company and Health and Safety guidelines
ATA and/or NVQ qualification will be an advantage but not essential if you have the skills and experience.
