We’re Beavertown. A bit about us…Eleven years ago, Beavertown was born in a tiny BBQ joint in Haggerston, North London. Fast forward to today and we're brewing out of our Out-of-This-World mothership, Beaverworld, alongside our micro-brewery in Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

You'll be part of our Brewing Operations team, responsible for turning raw materials into incredible beer while keeping quality, process and safety at the heart of everything you do.
Brewhouse Duties- Operate our fully automated 150hl brewhouse
- Take ownership of wort production from start to finish
- Manage co-products including spent grain and surplus yeast
- Prepare malt and brewing ingredients
- Carry out brewhouse cleaning and CIP procedures
- Monitor and update production systems including BOTEC, SAP and Microsoft applications
- Perform routine quality checks, yeast counts and viability testing
- Manage raw material usage and stock levels
- Support brewing projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coach and support junior brewing team members
- Help ensure shift priorities are delivered safely and efficiently
You’ll also:
- Operate within our fully automated cellar environment
- Monitor fermentation performance and beer quality
- Conduct vessel cleaning and sanitation processes
- Manage yeast handling and storage
- Run centrifuge separation and sheet filtration processes
- Measure CO₂ and dissolved oxygen levels in tank
- Carry out dry hopping and beer transfers
- Ensure beer is ready and in specification for packaging
- Troubleshoot process issues as they arise
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Help maintain world-class standards across food safety, quality and hygiene
You’ll Bring:
- Experience in a larger-scale production brewery
- Strong knowledge of brewing processes, equipment and brewing science
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Great time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn
- The ability to carry out physical work, including lifting loads up to 25kg
- Knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering
- IBD General Certificate, Diploma or equivalent brewing qualification
- MSc in Brewing or related discipline even better!
- Laboratory testing experience
This is a full-time role which includes night working on a rotational basis.
Rotating AM and PM and Night shifts:- Morning: 6:15am - 2.45 pm
- Evening: 2:15 pm - 10.45 pm; and
- Night: 10:15 pm - 6:45 am (max. 4 nights per week)
Your rota will be shared by your manager in advance & we'll always give you at least 24 hours' notice of any changes to your shift start time
