We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Enfield office, helping to oversee a large portfolio of residential rental properties. You’ll handle everything from maintenance coordination and property inspections to ensuring full compliance and excellent service for landlords and tenants. If you have proven experience in property management and are based in or around Guildford, we’d be keen to hear from you.

- £29,000 OTE up to £36,500 OTE depending on experience. Consists of:
Basic salary range of £24,000 to £31,500 per year (dependent on experience), and additional £5,040 earnings expected through uncapped commission. - Company Car.
- Full‑time working hours: 08:30‑18:00 weekdays and 09:00‑17:00 one Saturday per month, with a day‑in‑lieu.

- Booking and conducting property inspections.
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals.
- Co‑ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties.
- Managing deposit returns.
- Resolving rental arrears.
- Processing eviction requests.
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Managing complaints.
- Completing all check‑in and check‑out procedures, including full inventory reports.
- Minimum 1+ year of previous experience in a Property Manager role.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Good telephone manner.
- Proficiency with IT.
- You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car. Automatic‑only licences are not accepted.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
- Evidence of your right to work in the UK – passport or birth certificate.
- Proof of Address.
- National Insurance number.
- Driver's Licence Check.
We offer up to six sessions of support and guidance via telephone.
