Service Care Solutions is recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to join a housing-related service spanning Harrow, Enfield, Barnet, Hillingdon and Hayes. The role focuses on empowering vulnerable adults to develop independent living skills, sustain tenancies, and move on to stable accommodation.
You will deliver person-centred Support and Safety Plans, provide regular one-to-one support, and work with the Probation Service and other agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
