What you will do:

• Engage with clients through one-on-one meetings to offer guidance and support in their journey towards recovery from substance misuse.
• Collaborate closely with probation officers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to create tailored support plans for individuals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, documenting client progress and ongoing needs.
• Facilitate group sessions and workshops aimed at educating clients about the impacts of substance misuse and strategies for recovery.
• Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to continually improve service delivery.
• Stay current on best practices and legal requirements related to substance misuse and criminal justice work.
