Automotive Repair Technician C – AAA Club Alliance

Join AAA Club Alliance as an automotive repair technician, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to ensure our customers can hit the road with confidence and peace of mind.

What You Will Do:

• Diagnose and repair basic suspension and steering systems, brake systems, alignments, tire repair, oil changes, fluid maintenance, and battery installation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive skills and develop additional technical skills for flexible work assignments.

What You Need To Succeed:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years of automotive technician experience, or equivalent training.
• ASE certification (or equivalent) in at least Suspension & Steering and Brakes, or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Completion of pre‑employment screenings (background, drug, fitness for duty) if offered the position.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate $22.13 – $34.45 (based on experience, location, and other factors).
• 20 billable hours per week guarantee.
• Productivity incentive up to $1,100 per month.
