Enfield – 25 Hazard Avenue, STE 2B, Enfield, CT 06082

• Competitive flat‑rate compensation. Pay is adjusted based on experience, geographic location and other job‑related factors as permitted by law.
• Technician A: starting base compensation $28.93 – $36.92/hour flat rate, includes a 30‑hour billable week guarantee.
• Technician B: starting base compensation $25.81 – $32.95/hour flat rate, includes a 20‑hour billable week guarantee.
• Technician C: starting base compensation $22.50 – $28.86/hour flat rate, includes a 20‑hour billable week guarantee.
• Productivity incentive bonus: $250 – $550 on each biweekly paycheck.
• Full‑time technicians work a total of 5 days per week, typically Monday, Friday and Saturday. Sundays off each week, with one additional day off depending on business needs.

• Accurately perform maintenance and automotive diagnostics/repair for engine performance, automatic/manual transmissions, suspension/steering, brakes (including ABS/traction control), electrical, and heating/air‑conditioning.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of specialized skills and continue to develop additional technical skills to enable flexibility in work assignments.

• Ability to accurately repair vehicles using advanced automotive diagnostic equipment and provide technical guidance.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications or Car Dealership Certifications in automotive diagnostics/repairs preferred; ability to obtain within 12 months of hire (paid for by AAA).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to complete satisfactory pre‑employment screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
