Nursery TA

Teach Now are looking for an EY TA to work in one of their one-form entry primary schools in Enfield, North London. The school has been labeled an inclusive and lively school with a high intake of children and staff from different backgrounds. The school is located in a residential area and it is easily accessible by both public transport and car.

The role will be on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday and you will be supporting 2 children with mild SEN in the morning and 2 EAL children in the afternoon. The successful candidate will be working alongside a very dynamic and inclusive team, and they will be given adequate opportunities for training and development. The role will start in April 2023 and it will be until the end of the academic year.

• Knowledge of the EYFS
• Ability to assist and assess effectively SEN pupils
• Good behavioural management strategies
• Ability to be creative and manage, motivate and inspire children
• Ability to liaise with multi-professionals
• Able to commit for the duration of the placement
• Creative and dynamic in their approach to teaching and learning
• Honest and compassionate
• Happy to complete training to further develop their knowledge and understanding in education.
• Enhanced DBS certificate or willing to complete one
• Ability to be flexible and patient
