Reception Early Career Teacher

An excellent 2-form entry primary school in the beautiful leafy suburb of Winchmore Hill is now recruiting for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their fun and energetic team. As an Early Career Teacher, your main responsibility will be to teach and support pupils from a range of backgrounds and abilities. This includes developing and delivering stimulating and engaging lessons, providing pastoral care, and assessing pupils’ progress. You should also be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of the current education policies and practices and have strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual with a passion for teaching. You should have at least one year of experience in a primary school setting, as well as a professional teaching qualification. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team.
