Overview
A high achieving secondary school in Southgate is seeking an experienced teaching assistant (TA) to join full‑time from March until July 2023. The school is vibrant, happy and inclusive, serving a diverse local community. It aims to ensure all pupils have the highest aspirations, attain their full potential and enjoy learning in a stimulating, challenging and creative environment. Inclusion is at the heart of the school, believing every child has the right to be successful, confident and well‑prepared for the world.
The chosen candidate must be able to completely commit to the role, as continuity is key.

- Proven track record of aiding children in their attainment and progress
- Commitment to the role for the duration of the placement
- Creative and unique teaching techniques while maintaining behaviour standards
- Honesty and compassion
- Willingness to complete further training to develop knowledge and understanding
- A valid DBS or willingness to complete one

- A designated consultant who will commit to you throughout your placement and support you with lesson plans, behaviour management strategies and your application
