Enfield Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Long Term Substitute Teacher to join our team. This temporary position requires a dynamic educator who can effectively deliver instructional methodologies, manage classroom behavior, and utilize instructional technology in a 1:1 learning environment. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly adapt to new situations and work collaboratively with colleagues to support student success.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certification preferred.
• Experience in a public school setting is a plus.
• Strong understanding of instructional technology and its application in the classroom.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to new situations quickly.
