Are you an experienced Level 5 Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to make a difference in a primary school setting?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed HLTA to join our client in Enfield on a full-time basis. This is a great chance to join a one-form entry Primary school as they embark on an exciting journey of learning and development.

The successful candidate will be expected to join the school from September until the end of the academic year. As the HLTA, you will be responsible for supporting teachers in leading interventions, covering PPA time and providing general classroom support.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Level 5 HLTA, who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young children. You will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record in supporting teachers and leading interventions in a primary school setting.

We are looking for an individual who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the UK national curriculum and the ability to plan and deliver interventions for KS1 and 2.

Our client is looking for an individual who can work independently, but also work collaboratively as part of a team. You must be able to commit for the duration of the academic year and be able to provide evidence of your current qualifications.
