Job Description:
Enfield Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and professional Building Substitute to join our team. As a Building Substitute, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of instruction and ensuring a positive learning environment for our students.
Responsibilities:
* Effectively engage students in the learning process.
* Maintain sound classroom management skills to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
* Exhibit professional conduct, including regular attendance and punctuality.
* Adapt to various classroom settings and grade levels as needed.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.
* Previous teaching or substitute teaching experience is a plus.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
