- Hands on role responsible for the day to day and monthly accounting functions.
- AIA billing, AR, AP, etc.
- Running the certified payroll through ADP. Billing the accurate rate structure for the right jobs.
- Monthly journal entries. Heavy inter-company with multiple entities.
- Work closely with the external accounting firm at year end.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- BS in Accounting preferred.
- Construction accounting experience understanding AIA billings, certified payroll required.
- Quick Books experience is a plus.
