Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Einfield, CT
Responsibilities- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per state practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
- Active California PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Ability to adapt to varied patient needs and facility environments
